Allah is NOT our Elohim

Please Read this FIRST: On this site we prefer to use the actual Name of our loving Heavenly Father as it was written in the Word, and thus you will note that we will use the Four Letter “Memorial Name” of - YHVH, which is pronounced as YaHVaH or YaHWaH. In addition we will also use our Heavenly Father’s attribute/title, which is Elohim rather than “God,” which sadly is the name of a pagan god. In addition we also love to use the actual and real Name of our beloved Messiah which is - Yahushua for this is our Saviours original Hebrew Name as given to Him at birth in Lukas - Luke 1:31. This was the only Name ever used when He was on the earth by His family, disciples and His followers OVER THE centuries, even until today! However, it was changed to a foreign name by the founder of the new “pagan church of Rome.” Occasionally, we may also use other Hebrew or Greek names as well as different words in our studies for certain common words used are from pagan backgrounds and thus are not suitable. All names will be translated when they are FIRST used in a study or at various times as needed for clarity. The Creator of Heaven & Earth

Who gave us His “Memorial Name” as;

“YHVH Elohim”

The question we should ask of ourselves - “Is Allah the same Elohim (God) as that of Israel and the Father of our Messiah Yahushua (called Jesus by the Church)?” Some will claim yes it is. However, the truth is - Allah is NOT in any way related, for he is another and the truth is clearly told in history. For history establishes beyond the shadow of doubt that even pagan Middle Eastern people, those who we now call “Arabs”, long before Muhammad’s time, knew their chief god by the name of “Allah” and they even proclaimed his unity. This is rather strange, for originally Allah the ancient pagan god of the people of the Middle East his name denoted the chief god of their pantheon with some three hundred and sixty idols, and so we will learn something about the “Kaaba.”

But being an archaeologist myself, I will remain stay as closely as possible to the subject matter and only provide fact, rather than fanciful untruths, in addition as always, I will remain close to the blessed Scriptures and the truths given therein!

It was during the nineteenth century that Amaud, Halevy and Glaser went to Southern Arabia and dug up thousands of Sabean, Minaean, and Qatabanian inscriptions that were subsequently translated. In the 1940’s, archeologists, such as G. Caton Thompson and Carleton S. Coon made a number of amazing discoveries in Arabia and then during the 1950’s, Wendell Phillips, W.F. Albright, Richard Bower and others excavated sites at Qataban, Timna, and Marib (being the ancient capital of Sheba). There the discovered thousands of inscriptions in walls and rocks in Northern Arabia and these were all collected. Reliefs and votive bowls that were used in worship of the “goddess daughters of Allah” were also discovered. The three goddess daughters, “al-Lat,” “al-Uzza” and “Manat” are sometimes depicted together with Allah the Moon-god and are represented by a crescent moon above them. The archaeological evidence demonstrates that the dominant religion of Arabia was the ancient cult region of the Moon-god, whose name was Allah!

Allah is not the Elohim (God) of any part the Scriptures, but it is the personal name for an Islamic & ancient pagan god!

The phrase “no god but Allah” proves “Allah” is not just another word for “god” to the Muslims. The transliterated phrase from Arabic reads, “La Ilaha ill Allah.”

A word for word translation into English would read: La (no) Ilaha (god) ill (except or but) Allah (Allah). The important thing to note is that the word “Allah” is a name and is not the Muslim word for god, although they will say it is, but “Ilaha” is! If "Allah" were the word for god, then the phrase would read, “There is no Allah but Allah.” But clearly it does not.

The Qur’an itself claims that Allah is the personal name of the Islamic god: (017.110) “Say, call Him Allah or call Him Ar-Rahman; whatever the name you call Him, all His names are beautiful.”

As part of the first “Pillar of Islam,” this issue is critical as Islam claims that “the God of the Bible (whose “Memorial Name is YHVH, pronounced YaHVaH) and that God Allah are one and the same creator, thus we all worship the same God.” That is an outright lie! Allah is a false and pagan god; for the truth and fact is that Allah is one of the many names given to the moon-god who has been around since 2,000 BC, thus, why the crescent moon and star alongside as the main symbol of the Muslim’s?

The truth is, the crescent tells the true story!

Archaeological evidence gathered from both North and South Arabia demonstrates that Moon-god worship was very clearly active in Muhammad’s day and was the most dominant cult. According to numerous inscriptions, while the name of the Moon-god was Sin, his title was al-ilah, i.e. “the deity,” meaning that he was the chief or high god among the gods. The Moon-god was called al-ilah, i.e. the god, which was shortened to Allah in pre-Islamic times. The pagan Arabs even used Allah in the names they gave to their children. For example, both Muhammad’s father and uncle, had Allah as part of their names.

The fact that they were given such names by their pagan parents proves that Allah was the title for the Moon-god even in Muhammad’s day. Under Mohammed’s tutelage, the relatively anonymous Ilah became Al-Ilah, The god, or Allah, the supreme pagan being. This fact answers the questions, “Why is Allah never defined in the Qur’an? Why did Muhammad assume that the pagan Arabs already knew who Allah was?”

Muhammad was raised in the religion of the Moon-god Allah. But he went one step further than his fellow pagan Arabs. While they believed that Allah, i.e. the Moon-god, was the greatest of all gods and the supreme deity in a pantheon of deities, Muhammad decided that Allah was not only the greatest god but the only god. In effect he said, “Look, you already believe that the Moon-god Allah is the greatest of all gods. All I want you to do is to accept that the idea that he is the only god. I am not taking away the Allah you already worship. I am only taking away his wife and his daughters and all the other gods (note: Yes, he did have a wife and children).” This is seen from the fact that the first point of the Muslim creed is not, “Allah is great” but “Allah is the greatest,” in other words, he is the greatest among all the gods. Why would Muhammad say that Allah is the “greatest” except in a polytheistic context? The Arabic word is used to contrast the greater from the lesser. That this is true is seen from the fact that the pagan Arabs never accused Muhammad of preaching a different Allah than the one they already worshipped. This “Allah” was the Moon-god according to the archaeological evidence. Muhammad thus attempted to have it both ways. To the pagans, he said that he still believed in the Moon-god Allah. To the Jews and the Christians, he said that Allah was their God too. But both the Jews and the Christians knew better and that is why they rejected his god Allah as a false god. And we also need to remember that the Islamic symbol is what? Their most important symbol that is seen atop their mosques is the crescent moon, yes, the moon-god Allah!

The Kaaba in Mecca: In ancient times and still today, the pagan Arabs worshipped the Moon-god Allah by praying toward Mecca several times a day, and when ever they could would make an annual pilgrimage to Mecca, running around the temple of the Moon-god called the “Kaaba” or “Kabah,” kissing the black stone, throwing stones at the devil, fasting for the month that begins and ends with the crescent moon, and they used to kill an animal in sacrifice to the Moon-god. What about the kissing of the black stone?

“The most famous of all of the stone fetishes of Arabia was of course, the black stone in the sanctuary of Mecca. The Kabah was and it still is a rectangular stone structure, but built into the eastern corner is a black stone that has been the object of worship for centuries before Mohammed appropriated the Kabah for his new religion, and made pilgrimage to this so-called holy place known as one of the pillars of Islam” (from - Mohammed: The man and his faith, by Tor Andrae, 1936, Translated by Theophil Menzel, 1960, p. 13-30; Britannica, Arabian Religions, p. 1059, 1979).

The “Hadschar al Aswad” - black stone

The “Hadschar al Aswad” (black stone) in the Kabah is the most well known example of meteorite worship in newer times. Despite the prohibition of portraying god and adoration of objects, pilgrims to Mecca kiss this “Hadschar al Aswad” that according to the prophet is “Yamin Allah,” the right hand of god, supposedly a divine meteorite or Bethel-stone predating creation that fell at the feet of Adam and Eve. And as stated in the writing as seen earlier it is embedded in the south eastern corner of the Kabah. Muslims touch and kiss this black stone during Hajj.

Are all “Arabs” descendants from Ishmael?

The simple answer is NO! All you have to do is think about it; the Egyptians were never Arabs, come and think about it, they are the ancient “Egyptians,” the Lebanese, well they were originally the “Phoenicians,” and the “Syrians?” Well the Scriptures makes that quite clear they are still the “Syrians.” Now we come to places such as “Iraq,” which is ancient “Assyria” and Babylon.” Next comes the nation of “Iran” and that is old “Persia” and the list goes on, and you will not be amazed, but not one of these were in fact “Arab” or in any way related to or a descendent of Ishmael. That is one of the biggest Islamic con’s.

Muhammad took an ancient pagan god that goes back many thousands of years, whose name was Allah and placed in a bit of Judaism and Christianity within it and he created a new religion. He linked his pagan moon god Allah to the One true YHVH Elohim of Avraham. However, he forgot one minor detail, the Name of the Elohim of Avraham is and never will be Allah, but as the Scriptures clearly state “YHVH” – YaHVah, blessed be His Sanctified Name!

We need to be very mindful when we are told by some, that Muslims worship the same god, they do not! They need to come to know the true Elohim of Avraham whose Name is YaHVaH, and Yahushua, the Messiah who rose from the dead that they also may have life eternal.

That pagan god Allah has done nothing and what does he offer men and young boys, who are offered lots of virgins in heaven if they will go and slaughter innocent men, women and children as suicide bombers, and other hideous acts of terrorism. Now surely that cannot be a true god, or people who follow a true god that teach these hideous ideas and lies! Islam is NOT a religion of peace, as they will try to convince many. The sad truth is that even today, and this is prescribed in the Koran, if a Muslim converts to the faith of Messiah Yahushua they MUST be put to death as has been happening in the Middle East recently!

I am aware that this study will not make me popular, and we need prayer for covering in Messiah’s blessed Name, for the evil hand is always there ready to fall on YaHVaH’s servants! But, no matter what He will prevail, and all those who walk in the ways of EVIL will feel His HEAVY HAND UPON THEIR LIVES AND THEIR LOVED ONES, and it will be HARSH indeed, thus, be warned in the Name of Yahushua THE Messiah!
